Focus and Scope
Radovi Poljoprivredno-prehrambenog fakulteta Univerziteta u Sarajevu covers articles in the fields of plant production, animal husbandry, plant protection, food technology, nutrition, sustainable development of the agricultural sector and rural areas, as well as other disciplines directly or indirectly related to agriculture and the food industry.
The aim of the journal is to promote the latest scientific and professional achievements, enhance knowledge exchange between researchers and practitioners, and contribute to the development of sustainable and competitive agriculture and the food industry, particularly in the context of Bosnia and Herzegovina and the region.
The journal especially encourages submissions dealing with:
- plant and animal production,
- agroecology and environmental protection,
- genetics, breeding, and biotechnology,
- plant protection and phytopharmacy,
- food technology, quality, and food safety,
- agricultural economics, rural development, and policies,
- sustainable production technologies and climate change in agriculture.
The journal is open to collaboration with both national and international authors and follows the principles of open access, enabling free access to published articles for the wider academic, research, and professional community, without any restrictions on reading, downloading, distribution, or use, in accordance with the terms of the Creative Commons CC BY 4.0 license.
The journal does not charge any fees for submission, processing, or publication of manuscripts. All costs of editing, peer review, and publication are fully covered by the Faculty of Agriculture and Food Sciences.
This model supports the dissemination of scientific information and contributes to increasing the visibility and accessibility of research results, particularly in the fields of agriculture, food technology, biotechnology, and related scientific disciplines.
